What Makes Rohida Farm Different From Others?
Not every ghee is made the same way. At Rohida Farm, we believe the difference lies in where it comes from and how it is made.
Our A2 Bilona Cow Ghee is prepared using milk from the Tharparkar cow, a traditional Indian breed known for its resilience and rich-quality milk. But the breed is only one part of the story. We follow the traditional Bilona method, where milk is first converted into curd, the curd is traditionally churned to obtain butter, and the butter is then slowly clarified into ghee.
This process takes more time and care than modern, large-scale methods, but that is exactly what makes it special. We focus on preserving the traditional character, aroma and richness that have made Indian ghee a part of our kitchens for generations.
At Rohida Farm, we are not trying to make ghee faster. We are trying to make it the right way—with traditional methods, careful sourcing and respect for the craft.
For us, good ghee isn't just a product. It is a tradition worth keeping alive.
